This server is incredible, with a very involved staff. I highly recommend it to everyone who enjoys a server with an economy.

The staff responded to my issue A.S.A.P, some people may say they are short-staffed, but even if so they do their job tremendously well, and work so hard and well! They have made quite the amazing network with the fruits of their labor! I sincerely hope they continue to grow and prosper, I can feel that this is the network that will bring people back to the Minecraft modded multiplayer community. You guys at DirtCraft don't ever stop what your doing right now, if someone says you need to change, you don't. (In My Opinion.) Keep doing what your doing and being awesome! I HIGHLY recommend you give these guys a try at giving you a great multiplayer experience, cause they will always at least try with all their might to make sure you do so.

I had a Java-related issue when loading the FTB Interactions modpack. The mod by the Discord user of Kdkreig was a massive help to me! We spent a few hours altogether trying to figure out why I couldn't load the modpack properly which resulted in several indefinite freezes, which I had to force close. Kdkreig was very kind, patient, and very understanding during the situation. Admin Popcorn was a nice help, too, but overall, Kdkreig gave the most help and advice. At one point, we came to an impass and directed me to the FTB discord where I fixed part of my issue. I commend Mr. Kdkreig and the other staff for their help and doing whatever they possibly could think of to help me resolve my issue. Amazing staff and very kind.

Servers may be laggy but admin and mods do what they can to decrease that. The mod-packs are a lot of fun.

The issue I had was almost instantly resolved, staff were quick to reply, friendly and didn't even make fun of me because of how simple it was to solve my issue :D

Best Support server i have ever seen, they care and they listen to every your issues , staff very quick for response , include the owner is very kind thx for giving us a good one server :)

Staff were quick in resolving the issue and dealing with the bad player. Wish some other networks were this fluid with their players. Super happy.

Just started this server for about a day now to play the new Interactions pack. Very fun, lots of people (20 or so playing Int) and I got a decent connection considering in connecting from Hong Kong. Their staff is also very fast!

While any modpack can have its issues, the staff here are active in tracking down sources of excess lag, and are responsive towards player issues and concerns.
I have had two issues handled by staff within an hour, each time. Their ticketing system ensures that your concerns do not slip through the cracks.

Staff are insanely nice and helpful. Definitely a server worth joining, server isn't laggy, and You get a nice amount of claim room. Can't complain, 10/10 would log in again. (=

Really good playerbase, respectful and helpful people. Staff have a really fast response time when there is an issue and are always happy to help. Overall enjoyable experience with lots to do!

I've played on a few networks over the years, the level of support and interaction that you have is second to none.
The staff go out of their way to help you quickly with any issues. I have raised a couple of support calls so far, and all have been at resolved (or at least responded to) within the hour. they also give the impression that there is no such thing as a silly question
I have only played on one mod pack with them and it is a great community with everyone learning from each other and supporting each other on the way (to making even more screws)
Technically speaking, every network can have issues with lag/latency etc, especially on larger 1.12 modpack servers with a decent player count. but the staff here are quick to listen and quick to act if possible. The in a sense of innovation and progression of the network
The discord server is lively with dedicated channels for support and suggestions, along with general and off-topic. The ingame chat from the server can be seen from discord as well as have a dedicated channel for each network

Server is fun, community is great to be around, server staff and mods are incredibly helpful.
Had an issue that was disconnecting me from the server, was fixed later that day.

Support is generally quick and concise, misunderstandings are easily forgiven, and the addition of having few banned items is a plus!

The staff was amazing, I had a problem and I reached out and it was fixed in less then 10 mins, got help from TenDollar, really nice and very helpfull!

Have been playing for a little bit now and the support from the staff is by far the best I've gotten from any server. All the different modpacks they support are nicely set up and well integrated. Would recommend this server to anyone that likes the modpacks they support and are looking for an awesome team of staff to be there when needed.

Been playing for a few weeks now with this community and at the moment on their latest added Interactions server.
The admins and moderators are amazing. If you have a problem even if they are busy. They are there to help out!
The server runs great, only so now and then a little bit of lagg if someones mob spawner overflows. But that always gets solved.
Great server, Amazing staff, No lagg.
