I can't speak for other modpacks, but as far as Project Ozone 3 is concerned, this isn't the greatest server in the world. There are a lot of positives, but a lot, if not more, negatives about it. For starters, there are a bunch of helpful features such as a marketplace for buying items you might need, voting gives you keys that open crates which can contain good items, etc. I'm not here to talk about the positives though, since you can already read those in the myriad of reviews people have left. I'm here to tell you about the worst stuff about the server. The staff, no matter how friendly they sound on these reviews, are absolute pieces of garbage. Most, if not all, are stuck so far up their ass its literally unbearable. Especially the higher ones. The manager, for example, is a typical power tripping soyboy, who thinks just because he has a high rank he can do literally whatever he wants to whoever he wants. They constantly accuse people of lagging the server with their miniscule builds, while the only time the server actually starts lagging is when the mods, and donators, who have played for a very long time, come on, since obviously, their builds are going to be much more massive and lag inducing than the builds of those who have just recently started playing. The staff team also have a tendency to make up rules on the fly, which you get punished for not obeying, even if it's literally not stated anywhere. A few banned items here, a few broken plugins there, and the server is just a constant mess. I guess what I'm trying to say is the server itself is not half bad, the problem lies within the people that run it. Their staff honestly needs to either be replaced, or stop acting like such massive dickheads all the time.

I have played on this server on two of their modpacks now, they are very friendly staff, the rules may be a bit restrictive at times, but that is to be expected of a server with such high volume. I have never had any problems on their servers. On Sky Odyssey, Racness1213 is a very active staff member who has always been there to help me when I needed any help. The Discord access of this server is very integrated so that you can easily get help when and if you need it. Tickets are routed to staff immediately and most are responded to within 12 hours at most. All in all, a very well organized and managed server. 10 stars, 2 thumbs up and 5 Golden Cookies to Dirtcraft. GG indeed my friends GG.

Their support staff is immaculate. They are very forgiving and awesome people. Everytime I log in i have a wonderful experience. I don't regret all the monies I've spent to support this wonderful place!! -Cheers!

Joined Dirtcraft for the first time yesterday and had an issue with a crate key on the first few minutes of playing on the server so i submitted my problem via discord and the admins were fast and reliable 10/10.

Review:
Not too much lag, especially for the amount of mods in the modpacks. Very polite and helpful/willing to help staff. Very easy to contact admins or mods through the Discord server and they look on discord at the ingame chat sometimes to see if anyone needs help. Playerbase isnt very big but in my opinion it isnt that bad as i dont like too crowded servers.

Verdict:
5 stars and a big hug <3

Been playing on this server on the Sky Odyssey modpack and I must say, the experience has been quite pleasing! The staff is nice and help is given quickly when needed. The server itself is stable, making for a great experience for playing both alone or with friends.

Community is very nice! Moderators are very helpful and respond within a small amount of time which is very nice, as compared to other servers sometimes they make take a long while to help you with your problem. A good selection of modded servers to play on with very friendly staff willing to help with any problems you may have. Slight amount of lag on the server, but you get that anywhere so it isn't that big of a deal, it's a modded server with lots of people on it. Some items being banned can be a biiiiit annoying and time consuming but it is worth it to keep the server running smoothly! Would recommend!

I played on the FTB inf server for quite sometime and although I enjoyed the mod pack itself, I think that the inf staff could be more professional on how they handle things. Through my 4 months of playing on this server, many of the mods was called to fix drama problems but became apart of the drama itself. The mods then proceeded to use their title and power in the server as a solution by threatening players with bans. This caused them to feel like tyrants instead of actual helpers. I also noticed that these moderators are slow at answering tickets. Their could be a ticket out for two weeks but it still wouldn't be solved. Sometimes you just see 3 different mods and 1 admin asking if the person that put in the ticket was helped with the problem. It kinda shows how lazy the admins were because even when you say the problem has not been fixed yet, they wont reply until another mod asks if it has been fixed. So overall, inf modpack is great and their is a lot of things to do, but the staff their is honestly a joke. No matter how many mods they have, new players don't get help because the mods only help people who they are close with.

Lag was bearable when I first started but it got better over time.

Can you please retrain your staff they are not helping people and instead are causing pointless drama and acting like overlords. Is it that the most powerful become staff or do you guys actually have applications? Anyway the only good staff i know is Shiny, shout out to my boi shiny keep up the good work

The server is great. The best I've played on so far.

1) There's little to no lag. If there's lag, report it and they'll look into it right away.
2) Exploring and chunk generation is smoother than in single-player (at least for me).
3) The staff is friendly and player feedback is taken into consideration.
4) I've made several support tickets so far. They answer fast. Sometimes within minutes.
5) Voting rewards aren't overpowered, but they help you start. Votes from long-term players here are because they like it.

Legendary server/discord/staff, etc. Other players are nice, and are very willing to help each other out if someone doesn't understand something. Reliability is good, short restarts really help with the lag (but the lag usually isn't too bad anyway). Staff are great: it's super easy to find one on the server or the discord if you're ever having any problems.

So I have been playing in this server for about a week now in Project Ozone 3, and I have to say I'm satisfied. The server has a nice community and people who will help u in seconds, and the staff are really quick whenever you make a support ticket. Moreover, it generally doesn't lag on the server, I'm seriously loving the server!

It's good. The economy is vibrant (my main reason for going multiplayer), the chat was helpful, the warps and spawns look great, and the server-based systems that are in place for claiming, teleporting, etc just work. TPS was between 7-12 when I played, with about 25 players active on the Omnifactory instance alone.

The server replied:
