Had no issue on the Stoneblock 2 server until a bugged item was used and my cave got corrupted. I've been waiting now for almost 3 days for some help with my ticket. The owner, Julian, started out helping me, but then the help just fell off. I enjoyed the server until this happened. I even told him if it was easier to just remove my player file and i would start over, The Issue was resolved with out me losing any items or game time. Thorgrim_UKM

Hands-down best server I've been on, had a problem where i kept crashing because i placed a bugged item down, the owner himself went into console and deleted it well within the time i expected someone to respond to my ticket. Also the staff manages to keep the lag to a bare minimum, almost nothing most times, by limiting the number of lag causing items people can place, but not too much where it actually impedes your gameplay at all.

Incredibly helpful staff on the PO3 server. The update to 3.0.40 caused some buggy behavior with builder's wands that corrupts userdata (a big oof if it happens to you; it happened to me). I made a support ticket, and between the mods Invalid_Name_R2, Darth_Vader98, and Rob_NL (the helper that ended up closing the ticket for good), the issue was solved before a full day had gone by. If you want a stable environment to play in despite the bugs, I recommend this server wholeheartedly.

its great server with very active player base and staff.
if your new to modpacks this server is for you and you can get help very fast.
getting support from staff is very simple and fast process.
no lags on most servers and good low ping for bigger modpacks. cons are that there are some bugs that can occur and annoy you and other for a day or two, but they mostly wont intefear with the gameplay.

Firstly, the staff on the server work endlessly on improving the playability for all players and no matter what the problem is they wont give up until they have found a solution.

Secondly, the whole community throughout all of the different servers is amazing if you need help they will almost certainly give you the answer you need and if that's not enough most of them will even offer up some of their own time to find the solution.

So to sum it up if you are looking for a modded Minecraft server to play on this is the best one you will find.

I've only been playing on the server for a couple of weeks, I continue to be amazed by the patience, commitment and accessibility of the staff and the owners

I have never experienced this openness and level of communication from a server community before and I cannot recommend it highly enough

This alone will keep me playing on dirtcraft. there are also the perks of 25 homes for free (again, something that I haven't seen anywhere else) and access to /back (incredibly useful for someone who has the tactical awareness of a soggy piece of lettuce)

Given that this server runs many experimental mod packs, they run the packs extremely well for the circumstances. The community is generally extremely nice and trolls and dealt with accordingly. The staff team is amazing and abundant. I would really recommend at least trying this server if you are torn between where to play.

Brilliant environment to play in.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help.
The other players are a mix, every now and then you get an arsehole, but most of the regulars are good guys.

I would definitely recommend this server.

reported a minor recipe issue with redstone and the magma crucible, and the staff responded in less than 5 minutes, and handled the issue quite well. very polite <3

The staff responded to my issue A.S.A.P, some people may say they are short-staffed, but even if so they do their job tremendously well, and work so hard and well! They have made quite the amazing network with the fruits of their labor! I sincerely hope they continue to grow and prosper, I can feel that this is the network that will bring people back to the Minecraft modded multiplayer community. You guys at DirtCraft don't ever stop what your doing right now, if someone says you need to change, you don't. (In My Opinion.) Keep doing what your doing and being awesome! I HIGHLY recommend you give these guys a try at giving you a great multiplayer experience, cause they will always at least try with all their might to make sure you do so.

I had a Java-related issue when loading the FTB Interactions modpack. The mod by the Discord user of Kdkreig was a massive help to me! We spent a few hours altogether trying to figure out why I couldn't load the modpack properly which resulted in several indefinite freezes, which I had to force close. Kdkreig was very kind, patient, and very understanding during the situation. Admin Popcorn was a nice help, too, but overall, Kdkreig gave the most help and advice. At one point, we came to an impass and directed me to the FTB discord where I fixed part of my issue. I commend Mr. Kdkreig and the other staff for their help and doing whatever they possibly could think of to help me resolve my issue. Amazing staff and very kind.
