Claritycraft, an offline-mode(cracked) Mindcrack pack FTB server.

It's on 24 hours a day except the rare crash, restarts fast every 5 hours to reduce lag.

Rules are: No Griefing, no harassment of any kind, no excessive pvp.

It's fairly young, with a decent community, and good staff.
