DeVco Servers

I really like the mods and everything but, it can get pretty laggy, also getting timed out a couple of times in a day D:

The timeouts should be fixed, it was a byproduct of the migration we've been working on

Infinity Normal is a good server, but there are times of the day where you can't do anything the lag is so bad. Also, server shutdowns due to maintenance & restarting are incessant. Finally, the thing that really annoys me about this server is that you're limited to 1000 claim blocks without purchasing more. Because of this, I lost my entire ME System due to Griefers.

The migration we have been working on for the past couple weeks has been completed so there should only be the regular restarts that occur every 3h now.
You get points for just playing as well which can be used for additional claim blocks.

I cannot speak for the other servers but the Direwolf20 1.10 server by this group is unplayable.

There is constant lag and desync issues. You will have to break the same blocks multiple times to get it to stick. You sometimes have to attempt to eat food for 60+ seconds before it works.

They restart the server causing downtime every hour or so but it does nothing to help the situation.

They also do not use gravestones and even if you get back to where you died within seconds all your stuff is likely gone as they delete entity items regularly as well.

I suspect it is not just this one server either as they cluster the chat amongst their other servers and I saw many people complaining about TPS and desync issues on the other ones as well.

1.10 servers still have limited support because there are many lag issues that still exist in sponge.
Restarts should be every 2h for 1.10 servers however we have an auto restart function if a memory leak occurs which happens alot in 1.10.
Gravestones are disabled due to it being impossible to retrieve your items should you die on someone elses claim.
