our server is in development but players should have perms we have only 1 banned item so far we are looking for new members and some new staff we also have events like drop parties and we are using sf3 version 3.0.13

All Dimensions besides overworld, have broken permissions. You cannot interact or break or build in nether/end/beneath. Means that there is 0 ways to get dragon hearts or spawn dragons. 0 ways to get spawners. Tried getting help with this several times, but no response.
