This server is HORRIBLE. Always has more than 1000 ping, never saw a single player online, got teleported to underground in sb2 a LOT of times and the server is 100% p2w.

All the staff are little kids. When they have had a bad day at school they come home and harrass you, and if you have a problem with it, your banned. -rep I DONT RECOMMEND THIS TRASH SERVER TO ANYONE, unless you want to have brain spasms. You must show proof of your mental handicap to become staff.

I haven't been in a server in about 3 years and when I get to this server it was so laggy I wasn't able to play the game so I left after 3 minutes being in the server.
The next day my account was hacked and now I am waiting on a response from Mojang about the hack. Stay away from this server folks.

Pay to win server. Not anywhere as near as lagfree as it says, and it constantly has random crashes and restarts, where u might loose stuff. And which the staff/owner cant and wont bring back. I wouldnt recommend this server to anyone.

It says I have to remove Mine tweakier carpenter block Chuntitil chance cubes and ore excavator but when i do my mod pack will not load because it crashes help plz

People do seem generally friendly, but when the server starts experiencing issues, it's obvious that the level of care isn't there.
Perhaps if I played on a more populated one of their servers, they'd have paid more attention to the unknown (to the players) issues that were making the server almost unplayable for the majority of the time I was on it. When someone offered to help them figure out what was wrong, they were completely ignored.
Looking back, the fact that these servers weren't as lag free and perfect as they claimed should have been apparent because the first review seems to be the server owner himself...

Could be so much better if the admins actually gave a damn, lots of players and friendly, but whenever the server is lagging (WAY too often, even in some of the lower population servers, which might be the issue since there's fewer people than on, say, DW20) it's really just wait till automatic reset.
Best answer you'll get is:
"yes".
I really wanted to play abridged here and although some of the builders were nice it's just unplayable. Sorry BBoldt ! really wanted to test your awesome modpack in a server, not gonna happen. Some bad configurations which are completely overlooked by the owners shows a very big lack of interest in the community in general.
Don't waste your time here, you'll eventually reach a point where you'll have issues and realize it's better to go some place else.

Seems like a nice good server, i would love to join but the hermitcraft server doesnt work in any way for me.

PAY TO WIN SERVER!!!!!!
After logging in, I saw the standard "read our /rules" sign. I was horrified to see they have taken all advanced mining options from BC's Quarry to MFR's Mining Laser, and banned them for non-Donators. I do not mind paying to support a community I enjoy. But I despise forcing players to pay for content that should be available to all, or banned to all.

Servers with mature friendly gamers and sometimes their offspring too, very good communication in forums and discord with engaged tech-savy staff. Owner is experienced and know what he is doing and how to get problems solved. I am having a great time with the best modpacks and enjoy the company of several nationalities on Kooky. The mood is always a bit goofy and catloving. Join us and feel at home.

The server and community was okay
Frequent lag spikes
Unhelpfull staff that punishes on an accusation based on bs
Only cares about donators

So much block lag and server is unresponsive, also quarries are restricted to donators, even ender quarries
