After only about two weeks on the server, my friends and I got massively griefed despite having claims on our island. Everything valuable was completely destroyed.
We submitted a ticket a few days ago and have had no response, but other players have mentioned that they won't roll back for any reason, and they also will not replace anything that you lost.
The server also lags for 3 to 5 seconds every time anyone logs in.
tl;dr: Claims don't prevent griefing and admins don't help.
