Server makes you vote on join before you get a chance to play. It's a shameful way to boost numbers and should turn more people away than welcome in.

Buggy server, unhelpful staff.
RTP routinely teleports players into walls, players frequently fall into the void randomly and die, and the owner doesn't seem that interested in fixing it or supporting it.
The server replied:
An admin tried to help you retrieve your stuff but you expected too much as for an admin retrieve your items from the void. You also never gave a location for your lost items.

You need to adjust the settings for BOP before world creation. Since you did not do this every BOP biome in your world is now a mooshroom biome. Because of this, you should reset the entire world because people don't want to play a server with tons of those ugly biomes.
Also, no one can leave your spawn area. Protections keep anyone from pressing the button or using the pipe.

Two parts to your review, Frist maybe just maybe walk another 200 blocks to get out of the mushroom biome and to be registered to use those you have to be allowed from an admin. Sorry for the ignorance but stupid people deserve stupid replies... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
