Vanilla Ultimate [Mystcraft Disabled]

Plain, vanilla server. No plugins except for a anti-spam system.
No items are banned, no rules enforced except for any disruption to the gameplay (Spamming, DDosing, Etc). Staff will never spawn items for players, however we have no way of prohibiting duping, so you can choose to play legitimately or not.

This means you will have to get far away from spawn if you don't want to be griefed, learn who to trust, and learn how well you can survive without commands.
