Is the server 24/7:

No, on weekends the server will not be active, but throughout the week the server will be kept online as much as possible.

Is anything banned:

NO!
The server is for fun, and banned isn't fun.

Rules:

You ARE allowed to grief and pvp.
Don't mess up the spawn (Even if you do, we make backups very often).
No spam or foul language.
Don't be a jacka**.
