Network Servers
Any server that connects multiple sub-servers through a proxy or forwarding service shall be considered a Network Server. The listing of network servers is permitted providing that the following rules are adhered to:
Network servers may only list their root Hub server on the site, not sub-servers individually.
Only votes from sub-servers that are related to the site may be added to the site.
Multiple sub-servers may pool their votes into one listing providing the above is true for each server.
It is the responsibility of the Operator to meet these conditions.
Failure to meet these conditions will be enforced in the same way as vote cheating is enforced.

This has been my go to server for two years now. I started to play at many other servers throughout the years but this is the only one I came back to.
I guess it is due to the variety of modpacks and professional maintenance. Servers are literally never down, 30 of 30 online servers nearly all the time. When there is an issue with one of them I just went on the chat and usually I was able to reach a staff member that forwarded the issue to an administrator which usually solved issues in a timely manner.
Ofc. it ain't perfect, but its the best of at least 5 networks which I tried and has been keeping up.

Endless banned items, most servers are laggy and they pay for vote points to stay on top of the ratings.

This server (I don't know about other server within the network) is very unmaintained, there's not ever staff on, you rarely see any staff, when you do, it's just a moderator, which don't have sufficient permissions to sort out issues/lag causes.
The list of banned items is endless. A lot of items are banned without a (proper) reason.
The only good points are that it doesn't have much lag, just a little and the players are nice towards eachother, if this wasn't true I would've given it an 'awful' rating.
Why is this server on the top then? Well, easy, they have a plugin called GriefPrevention which allows people to claim their bases. And there's no other way to get claimblocks besides voting or donating. This might sound a bit rude, but I call it begging players to vote.

Well organized, but very strange community with a lot of children. Only play there if you are extroverted or a child your self.
