The Staff dont have motivation to do anything and are constantly playing ARK. The servers are unfinished. Permissions are broken and when brought up the only thing you get back is "Will work on them later".
The owner is unwilling to try new packs because he hates bugs. This network is more aimed at personal use then for the public.
